Director, Program Lead – Immunology

About the role

The Director, Program Lead, Immunology will oversee clinical program execution for the Tulisokibart IBD asset, leading global cross‑functional teams from strategic planning through post‑marketing approval. This senior position offers the chance to shape end‑to‑end clinical development in a fast‑paced biopharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring consistency, quality and feasibility.
• Lead program‑level planning, governance meetings, regulatory interactions and advisory meeting preparation.
• Serve as the operational representative on the Product Development Clinical Subteam and manage resource planning, staffing and supervision of clinical scientists and study managers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs and vendors, to support program objectives.
• Provide scientific leadership for publications, presentations and investigator initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years (or equivalent advanced degree) of pharmaceutical or clinical drug development experience.
• Proven ability to lead global clinical trial programs, especially in autoimmune or immune‑mediated disorders.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution skills in a matrix environment.
• Experience managing direct reports and driving team development.
