Associate Director, Study Manager, Immunology

About the role

This position leads the operational planning and execution of clinical trials within the Immunology program, working as part of a global, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, feasibility, execute and conduct one or more clinical trials, serving as the Clinical Trial Team lead.
• Lead study planning, operational reviews, issue escalation, and present updates to senior management and governance bodies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including study teams, country teams, vendors and committees.
• Provide clinical operations input to protocols and related documents and may act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical development.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements such as GCP and ICH.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, develop realistic project plans and mentor junior team members.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Clinical trial operational expertise, including vendor and stakeholder management.
