Senior SAP Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation projects through planning, design, configuration, and deployment phases.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solution architecture.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, creating functional and technical specifications.
• Design and configure SAP solutions across multiple modules.
• Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Conduct workshops, training, and user‑adoption activities.
• Perform system assessments, optimizations, and performance tuning.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend continuous improvements.
• Integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support.
• Deep knowledge of at least one SAP functional area (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HCM).
• Proven track record of leading successful SAP projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading and mentoring consulting teams.
• Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
