Senior Program Manager

About the role

Zero-hash is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of complex, cross‑functional strategic initiatives. You will coordinate planning and delivery across Engineering, Product and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of multiple strategic programs.
• Own program governance, including frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies and provide visibility across workstreams.
• Build automated AI reporting and scalable frameworks for program management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and executive communication skills.

Required skills

• Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of trading products, tokenization, digital asset lifecycle, wallets, custody, settlements and related APIs.
