Senior Product Marketing Manager, Payments

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Payments. You will connect customer needs, commercial teams and product strategy to make the Payments suite easier to understand, adopt and scale, shaping positioning and messaging and bringing it to life through product launches and go-to-market plans. The role is based in the San Francisco office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Key responsibilities

• Drive clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for the Payments suite across global markets
• Build and execute product launch and go-to-market plans that align sales, marketing, pricing and operations teams
• Improve the customer experience across websites, emails, content, presentations and other touchpoints
• Deliver sales enablement materials that help commercial teams position, sell and scale products
• Partner with global and regional strategy, product, sales, marketing, operations, design and data analytics teams to drive product adoption and usage

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing or product strategy at a fast-growing technology company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience partnering with commercial and product teams to launch go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage
• Track record of collaborating across functions and driving impact with sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics teams
• Preferred: experience in financial services and/or fintech, and experience building sales pipelines and scaling enterprise businesses

The team covers product marketing, brand, demand generation and regional go-to-market, working closely with product, sales and leadership.
