Product Marketing Manager, AMER

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for the AMER region. You will shape how its products are understood and adopted across the Americas and Europe, connecting customer needs with product, commercial and marketing strategy. The role is based in the San Francisco office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine positioning, messaging and value propositions, bringing them to life through launches, enablement and customer touchpoints across the website, email, content, decks and more.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights from customers, channels and product data to test hypotheses and make informed decisions.
• Work with regional and global strategy, product, sales, marketing, operations, design and data analytics teams to drive global impact.
• Drive go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing or product strategy at a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience launching go-to-market campaigns with regional commercial and marketing teams.
• Strong written and spoken communication, able to explain complex concepts simply.
• Track record of collaboration across sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics teams.
• Self-starter who identifies and prioritizes opportunities and dives deep into problems.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in financial services or fintech; experience on global go-to-market campaigns supporting SME and/or enterprise businesses.
