Account Media Assistant - Out-of-Home Advertising

About the role

A U.S.-based advertising agency specializing in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Account Media Assistant. You will work closely with the Media Buyer to plan, coordinate and manage advertising campaigns, from vendor coordination to campaign reports. The role is remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, paid $1,200 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing media plans, proposals and client presentations
• Gather advertising rates, availability and specifications from vendors, and track schedules, budgets, placements and deadlines
• Maintain campaign trackers, campaign photos and documentation, and prepare post-campaign reports
• Confirm placements with vendors and track performance metrics such as impressions and delivery
• Draft emails, follow-ups and meeting recaps; schedule meetings and take notes
• Research advertising locations and placements, and help with budget calculations and estimates
• Update calendars, spreadsheets and records, and support expense tracking and data entry

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Account Assistant, Marketing Assistant or similar
• Strong written and spoken English
• Attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: experience in advertising, media or campaign coordination, and familiarity with OOH advertising

• Reliable computer made in 2018 or later, Windows 11 or macOS 14 or newer, stable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace
