Client Marketing Manager

About the role

Andela, a global talent marketplace connecting companies with remote technical talent, is hiring a Client Marketing Manager. The role owns programs that deepen client relationships, amplify the customer voice and surface market intelligence that supports commercial growth. It reports to the VP, Global Head of Marketing, and sits alongside Sales, Customer Success and Product.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the client marketing strategy, strengthening client relationships, Net Revenue Retention and expansion pipeline
• Run the Client Advisory Board, including membership, meeting cadence, agenda and follow-through, and turn CAB insights into actionable intelligence
• Own the Voice of the Customer program and the NPS strategy, from survey design and analysis to reporting to senior leadership
• Develop segmented client programs, events and experiences supporting upsell, cross-sell and renewal
• Own win/loss analysis: design the methodology, conduct interviews and turn findings into recommendations shared with sales, product and marketing
• Build a bank of case studies, testimonials and success stories, and manage client award nominations
• Work with the External Relations team to maintain a library of market insights used in QBRs, proposals and positioning

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in client marketing, customer marketing or customer advocacy
• Proven experience with a Client Advisory Board or similar executive client program
• Track record running VoC and/or NPS programs with measurable impact
• Experience producing case studies and testimonials at scale, and hands-on win/loss analysis
• Prior experience at a high-growth technology or services company strongly preferred; talent, workforce or staffing background is a plus
• Role based in the US or UK, with some travel for CAB events, client visits and conferences
