Brand Content Producer

About the role

30hop Group, a growing Midwest restaurant group with locations across Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri, is looking for a full-time Brand Content Producer. You will create original photo and video content for 30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar and Iowa Athletic Club, covering restaurant openings, everyday moments, long-form video and YouTube stories. The role reports to the Director of Brand & Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit photo and video for the three brands, planning production days yourself
• Build a running library of photos and videos for every brand, store and campaign, shot and edited a month before each campaign runs
• Cover two new 30hop openings in 2027 and keep a regular route through existing stores
• Produce long-form content that becomes weeks of short-form, and create photo and video for staff training guides
• Spot staff members who belong on camera and help them feel comfortable
• Deliver planned shoots with full light, sound and edit, and hold caught moments to the same standard

Required profile

• Two or more years of shooting and editing, with a portfolio showing people and stories, not just food
• Comfortable on a busy restaurant floor and able to run your own day
• Willingness to travel five to seven days per month across Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas and Indiana, plus extra travel around new openings
• Preferably based in Iowa, with flexibility for other states where 30hop operates
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a big plus

• Salary of $60,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience
