Product Marketer, T:0

About the role

Airwallex is hiring a Product Marketer for its T:0 product, an AI-native accounting platform built to close books, reconcile and report continuously. The role combines customer research, positioning, writing, product content, launches, SEO, competitive intelligence, sales enablement and pricing and packaging. It is a production role working closely with the CEO, Product teams, Chief of Staff, Growth Marketer and the Founding GTM hire, and involves working from the San Francisco office three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ICP, run customer interviews and win/loss conversations, and turn insights into messaging shared with Product
• Build the core narrative and keep the website, sales deck, launches and content consistent
• Write the website copy, the blog and SEO content strategy, and the T:0 newsletter
• Make product content such as walkthroughs, explainers, demo videos and launch assets
• Run product launches and build a repeatable launch motion
• Own competitive intelligence and build sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, battlecards and demo narratives
• Partner with the CEO and Product on pricing and packaging, and collect customer proof such as quotes, reviews and case studies

Required profile

• 5+ years in product marketing or an adjacent role where you personally owned positioning and shipped the resulting assets
• Exceptional writing ability, with samples requested
• Track record of high output, with a 90-day portfolio of shipped work
• Experience conducting customer research and turning insights into messaging
• Ability to work deeply on a technical product without a finance or accounting background
• Preferred: fintech, accounting or founder-finance-stack experience, experience as the first or only product marketer, comfort recording and lightly editing your own product videos, aggressive use of AI tools, and experience marketing to founders and early-stage operators
