Key responsibilities
- Build deep knowledge of clinicians, sleep technicians, site coordinators, investigators, and sponsor teams to align the roadmap with real needs and business goals.
- Own a single product serving both diagnostic and clinical trial workflows, making documented decisions on shared versus specialized functionality.
- Ensure the web experience integrates coherently with devices, data pipelines, ML models, and other software products, surfacing dependencies early.
- Create and evolve quarterly product roadmaps and clear requirements for the next‑generation web application.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, data science, and ML teams on technical specifications and model output presentation.
- Conduct continuous discovery through usability tests and user interviews focused on busy clinicians and site staff.
- Deliver product requirements through formal design controls in a regulated environment using contemporary tools.
- Balance needs of multiple stakeholder groups and manage external demos showcasing product capabilities and roadmap.
- Communicate project progress, trade‑offs, and risks effectively to key stakeholders.
Required profile
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing web‑based software products.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with highly technical products such as data platforms, analytics, or machine‑learning‑enabled applications.
- Proven ability to work across engineering, design, and non‑technical stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
- Strong preference for background in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech and ability to quickly learn clinical context.
- Experience developing regulated software (e.g., SaMD or clinical trial systems) under design control (e.g., IEC 62304) is strongly preferred.
Required skills
- Product management of web‑based applications.
- Understanding of data platforms, analytics, and machine‑learning‑enabled software.
- Knowledge of regulated software development and design control processes.
- Familiarity with modern product tools, including AI‑assisted drafting and rapid prototyping.
