Senior Product Manager – Organizational Intelligence

Read AI is building AI‑powered collaboration tools that turn fragmented conversation context into actionable intelligence. As a Senior Product Manager you will shape the future of organizational intelligence, helping teams find, trust, and act on the right information.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy and priorities for organizational‑intelligence experiences across individuals, teams, and leaders.
• Translate complex AI and knowledge capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences.
• Lead end‑to‑end product cycles from customer discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Enterprise, Platform, and GTM teams.
• Establish high standards for relevance, provenance, privacy, permissions, and customer control.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product‑management experience with complex, customer‑facing products.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into focused strategy, shipped solutions, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in enterprise collaboration, knowledge, search, analytics, CRM, personalization, or productivity software.
• Strong technical intuition and credibility with engineering and data‑science teams.
• Excellent judgment grounded in research, data, and direct user observation.
