About the role
Reliable Robotics is developing safety‑enhancing aviation technology and seeks an FPGA Manager to lead the team responsible for the complex electronic hardware of its air‑to‑air radar system.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the FPGA team delivering firmware for next‑generation radar.
- Own the maturation of engineering processes, balancing rapid execution with DO‑254 verification.
- Develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage priorities, and support rapid integration and flight testing.
- Ensure the team delivers reliable, robust, and certifiable radar systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of professional FPGA development experience (VHDL/Verilog).
- 3+ years in a technical leadership or people‑management role.
- Experience working on complex hardware‑software integrated systems.
