Senior Principal Scientist – Clinical Research in Thoracic Malignancies

About the role

Join a global healthcare leader to lead clinical research for oncology medicines targeting thoracic malignancies. You will oversee the full clinical development cycle, from early design to regulatory reporting and publication.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate pre‑clinical and translational data to shape early clinical development plans and IND applications.
• Develop and execute clinical development strategies for investigational and marketed oncology drugs.
• Design, monitor, and manage clinical trials, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze clinical findings to support safety, efficacy decisions, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.
• Supervise Clinical Scientists and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in commercialization, regulatory affairs, statistics, and manufacturing.

Required profile

• MD or MD/PhD with industry or senior academic experience.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical medicine experience and 3 years in drug development or biomedical research.
• Strong scientific scholarship, publication record, and board‑eligible or certified in Oncology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
