Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead to drive end‑to‑end payroll implementations. This hybrid role requires 60–70% onsite work in Nashville and the remainder remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery for Oracle Cloud Payroll projects.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Write Fast Formulas to support payroll calculations and validations.
• Oversee data migration and integration activities, collaborating with technical teams.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support go‑live and post‑production phases.
• Provide end‑user training and change‑management support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll compliance and operations.
• Participated in 5+ Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements, at least 2 as Payroll Functional Lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Nashville 60–70% of the time.
