People Services Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Join Philips People Services as a Summer 2027 intern and gain hands‑on experience in HR operations, process optimization, and employee lifecycle management. You will work closely with People Operations professionals to support initiatives that improve efficiency and the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems such as Workday and GlobalView.
• Monitor and manage HR queues to ensure timely resolution of employee requests.
• Assist with compliance and documentation processes, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate on projects related to HR systems, process improvements, and reporting.
• Maintain and update HR templates and internal resources.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational workflows.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
