About the role

The Field Human Resources Business Partner works closely with plant leadership to turn business priorities into effective people strategies, enhancing workforce performance and employee engagement in a three‑shift manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Partner with plant leaders to translate business goals into practical HR initiatives.
Lead day‑to‑day employee and labor relations, addressing workforce challenges proactively.
Coach and develop leaders to improve leadership effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to ensure consistent people practices.

Required profile

Experience supporting a multi‑shift manufacturing operation.
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and HR teams.
