HR Coordinator – Employee Services

About the role

The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations for the distribution center in University Park. You will manage employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and payroll assistance while ensuring accurate HR data management.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize HR software and standard office equipment to record, store, and retrieve employee information.
• Screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and assist with hiring processes.
• Onboard new hires, process paperwork and badges, and enroll employees in benefit plans.
• Enter and process all types of leaves in the UKG system.
• Assist with minor IT issues at the distribution center and provide customer‑service support to employees.
• Support planning and execution of employee and candidate events.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and candidates.
• Experience with HR data tracking, recruiting metrics, and headcount reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with UKG HR system.
• General HR software competency.
• Basic IT troubleshooting for office equipment.
