Senior Merchandising Planner – Remote

About the role

The Senior Merchandising Planner will forecast, buy and manage inventory for specific assortments across BaubleBar’s channels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet sales and promotional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily sales data and build forecasts to generate weekly order recommendations for existing and new products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Sales to align inventory with upcoming promotional events and sales projections.
• Manage open-to-buy (OTB) and produce weekly reports evaluating inventory versus sales forecasts, suggesting optimizations.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and dropship orders across direct‑to‑consumer and licensing channels.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of merchandise planning experience in retail, preferably with multi‑category catalogs.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong analytical/retail math skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to prioritize multiple projects and meet order deadlines.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
