Senior Marketing Strategist, Growth & Community

About the role

Wolf Games is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to build its marketing function from the ground up. Working closely with the founders, you will define brand positioning, create a player community, and develop launch playbooks for each game. This role offers a true 0 → 1 opportunity to shape the company’s public presence and drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build Wolf Games' marketing strategy and operating model, establishing brand positioning and go‑to‑market approach.
• Grow an owned player audience by launching and nurturing community spaces such as Discord.
• Lead brand and content strategy across all public touchpoints, including website, social, and build‑in‑public content.
• Own game launch marketing, creating repeatable launch playbooks that integrate community, creative, and partner efforts.
• Define metrics, measurement frameworks, and continuously improve marketing systems and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience building marketing, brand, or community functions from scratch (0 → 1 builder).
• Strategic thinker who understands how brand, positioning, content, community, partnerships, and launches create long‑term value.
• Community‑first mindset with a track record of creating genuine player communities.
• Exceptional storyteller capable of turning products and initiatives into compelling narratives.
• Collaborative leader able to influence founders, product, creative, and business teams without formal authority.
