TikTok Shop Affiliate & Influencer Manager

About the role

TopFoxx, a fast‑growing women‑owned eyewear brand, is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to turn its creator network into a scalable sales engine. You will own the creator and affiliate side of TikTok Shop, recruiting, activating, and optimizing creators to drive consistent revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain TikTok creators and affiliates, growing the network from 650 to 5,000 active participants.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase the percentage of creator videos that generate sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, handling outreach, gifting, campaigns, and long‑term partnership development.
• Create content briefs, analyze high‑ and low‑performing videos, and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion.
• Monitor affiliate campaigns, product performance, and creator‑driven revenue, and design incentive programs.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to turn high‑performing organic creator content into paid media opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing, preferably with TikTok Shop or social commerce.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently without step‑by‑step direction.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to evaluate creator performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication and relationship‑building skills.
