Marketing Manager – Las Vegas Valley & Henderson

About the role

BAYADA is looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to drive market growth and build referral relationships across the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson. This field‑based position will involve daily travel, partnership development, and full‑cycle home health sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, payors and community organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to strengthen BAYADA’s market presence.
• Manage the complete home health sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure smooth client experiences.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or healthcare environment.
• Track record of establishing and growing professional relationships in a competitive market.
• Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating with a broader team.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily.

Required skills

• Strong organization, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Confidence to ask for the sale and tenacity to follow opportunities through to completion.
