Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The firm is a rapidly growing marketing and communications consultancy serving medium‑sized and large companies in energy, life sciences, industrial and technology sectors. The Marketing Project Manager will coordinate the execution of multi‑platform campaigns, work closely with clients and guide creative teams to meet timelines, budgets and scopes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of marketing projects, interfacing directly with clients, vendors and partners.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, solve problems and troubleshoot issues to ensure client success.
• Generate estimates and invoices for client work and support various marketing tasks such as social media and email campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent, or 3 years relevant experience.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience in an agency setting.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (B2+/C1).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana for project management.
• Experience using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Advertising and Facebook Business Manager.
• Ability to report and interpret campaign analytics.
