Marketing Coordinator for Military & Community Outreach

About the role

Crossroads Talent Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Louisiana Army National Guard's Beyond the Yellow Ribbon / Work for Warriors Louisiana programs. The role focuses on increasing awareness of employment and career‑development resources for service members, veterans, families, employers and community partners across Louisiana.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and evaluate marketing and outreach campaigns that promote W4WLA services and employment resources.
• Manage and optimize digital and social‑media presence, creating engaging content for service members, veterans and employers.
• Conduct market research and brand analysis to identify opportunities for increased program awareness and lead generation.
• Develop promotional materials including digital graphics, print collateral, video content and advertising assets.
• Travel statewide to support community events, employer engagement and program representation.
• Collect, analyze and report on marketing metrics, ROI, engagement and lead generation using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of progressive experience in digital marketing, social‑media campaign management, brand strategy or community outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including military personnel and veterans.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. military structure, terminology and components.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field.
