Hubspot Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

Bosch Rexroth North America seeks a tech‑savvy HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to serve as the central hub of its marketing technology stack, driving efficiency, innovation and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a service‑oriented consultant to internal marketing and sales teams, tailoring HubSpot solutions to improve campaign performance.
• Own the technical and strategic functionality of HubSpot, leveraging AI and advanced features while managing users and data integrity.
• Design, build and execute marketing automation programs, including audience segmentation, lead nurturing, drip campaigns and scoring.
• Maintain the marketing database, ensure hygiene, segmentation and compliance with GDPR, CCPA and CAN‑SPAM.
• Explore and integrate cutting‑edge tools such as ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase) to advance the martech stack.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in HubSpot marketing automation.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel Power Query).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce) and system integrations.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN‑SPAM).
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
