Product Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Filters within Bosch Automotive Aftermarket, you will shape go‑to‑market strategies, identify growth opportunities and support product launches across automotive aftermarket channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, analyze channels, customers and competitors to build value propositions.
• Model P&L scenarios, align with stakeholders, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, Communications, Category Management) to launch new customers and products on time and within budget.
• Develop channel pricing strategies, maintain competitive pricing, and support trade‑marketing promotions and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Strong financial acumen, ability to create strategic marketing plans and communicate them effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results‑orientation and ability to lead diverse groups.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% and work in a hybrid environment.

• Base salary $83,000‑$100,000 USD per year, based on experience and location.
