Retail Media Strategy & Activation Manager

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Retail Media Strategy & Activation Manager to join the US Vision Care Marketing-OTC team. This onsite role in Fort Worth, TX will serve as a key cross‑functional partner within Alcon OTC's Connected Commerce organization, linking retail media investments to broader brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Sales Strategy and agency teams to develop retail media plans that support commercial priorities and retailer growth objectives.
• Translate joint business planning priorities, promotional calendars and product launches into actionable media recommendations.
• Lead the development of a retail media experimentation framework and monitor campaign performance, synthesising insights into clear recommendations.
• Evaluate media effectiveness against KPIs such as sales growth, market share, ROAS, traffic, conversion and incrementality.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to develop measurement approaches and learning agendas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in media planning & activation, retail media, shopper marketing or CPG/OTC brand management.
• Proven ability to manage and influence cross‑functional relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience delivering recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with retail media strategy, performance marketing and measurement.
• Understanding of retailer ecosystems, customer planning processes and omnichannel commerce strategies.
• Ability to translate media performance metrics into actionable business recommendations.
