Manager, Service Marketing & Change Enablement

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager, Service Marketing & Change Enablement to lead global service marketing, commercialization, strategic communications, and organizational change initiatives. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, you will partner with Service Operations, Commercial, Technical Services, Digital Solutions, Business Intelligence, and regional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and value realization for service offerings and digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global service marketing strategies, value propositions, promotional campaigns, and launch communications.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure go‑to‑market readiness and sustained utilization of service capabilities.
• Build adoption strategies and change management plans to improve readiness and address barriers across geographies.
• Define, monitor, and report adoption metrics such as user engagement, feature utilization, training effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Create executive dashboards, leadership updates, newsletters, and communication toolkits to align stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 13 years, Associate + 9 years, M.S. + 2 years, PhD + 0 years).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service marketing, change enablement, or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies for new technologies or services.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using adoption metrics, dashboards, and business intelligence.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
