Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Campaigns – Global Digital Health

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns for its Global Digital Health portfolio. The role focuses on content creation, customer journey mapping, and CRM‑driven push activities to improve customer experience, retention, and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple global digital marketing projects, aligning them with strategic and commercial goals.
• Optimize website content for search, AI search/LLMs, and conversion metrics.
• Manage email, text, in‑app, and social media customer journeys.
• Develop and publish web content such as blogs, videos, and product FAQs.
• Create and deploy CRM programs using platforms like Marketing Cloud or Braze.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Digital Health and regional franchise teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (7+ years relevant experience).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Marketing Cloud or Braze.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, data management, privacy & consent, and analytics.
• Ability to design, test (A/B), and personalize customer journeys.
• Knowledge of AI search/LLM optimization for website content.
