Channel Operations Manager

About the role

This hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) supports Bosch Power Tools North America’s e‑commerce sales team by managing digital shelf execution for major retailers such as HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and Walmart.com. Reporting to the eCommerce Channel Management Lead, you will ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and ready for peak retail events.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital shelf execution for HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and Walmart.com catalogs, improving traffic, discoverability, and conversion metrics.
• Deploy keyword strategies, optimize on‑site search rank, and maintain accurate category placement and attribute data.
• Audit content completeness, asset quality, and rich media deployment to maximize product page conversion.
• Resolve supplier portal tickets, content syndication errors, and discrepancies between online and in‑store availability.
• Execute retailer review and sampling programs, track sentiment, and ensure correct pricing and promotional display.
• Monitor competitive digital shelf metrics and identify operational optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of e‑commerce operations, digital shelf management, or online merchandising experience, preferably with home‑improvement or mass‑retail sites.
• Hands‑on experience managing retailer catalogs and supporting account teams through supplier portals.
• Proficiency with digital shelf tools and syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Profitero, Stackline, Walmart Retail Link).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) for large‑scale catalog auditing.
• Digital shelf management tools (Salsify, Syndigo, Profitero, Stackline, Walmart Retail Link).
