Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager – TikTok Shop

About the role

TopFoxx is seeking a TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to turn its creator network into a scalable sales engine. You will own the creator and affiliate side of TikTok Shop, driving recruitment, activation, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, activate and retain TikTok creators and affiliates, expanding the network from 650 to 5,000 active participants.
• Develop strategies to increase the percentage of creator videos that generate sales and identify high‑performing creators for scaling.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, manage outreach, gifting, campaigns and turn one‑time creators into long‑term brand partners.
• Create content briefs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable feedback to improve hooks, angles and messaging.
• Collaborate with the E‑Commerce Growth Marketing Manager to turn organic creator content into paid advertising opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop or social commerce.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded, comfortable working independently and solving problems without step‑by‑step guidance.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret creator performance metrics and drive continuous optimization.
