Senior Marketing Associate

About the role

The Senior Marketing Associate partners with marketing, onsite, and regional teams to develop and execute tactical marketing strategies that support community and portfolio objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams across an assigned portfolio.
• Develop and implement tactical campaigns, social media, email marketing, advertising, and website content to promote each community’s brand.
• Analyze performance data, present insights, and adjust short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Coordinate design agencies, manage branding projects, and oversee digital asset storage.
• Manage relationships with advertising partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality and budgets.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of communities, regional business development, and budget recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance to onsite and corporate teams, troubleshooting digital ad channels.
