Marketing Manager – Austin

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Austin office. In this role you will partner with onsite and operations teams to design and execute tactical marketing strategies that drive property performance and align with portfolio objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing liaison for onsite and operations teams, often overseeing a specific portfolio.
• Collaborate on marketing programs that enhance property performance and support overall portfolio goals.
• Define and implement marketing strategies, brand evolution, and programs that boost business development and financial results.
• Maintain Greystar brand consistency across the assigned portfolio.
• Manage digital asset transfers, set up new advertising campaigns, update social channels, and onboard team members during acquisitions and dispositions.
• Research and launch innovative technologies and programs to improve performance while reducing costs.
• Project‑manage the creation of community‑specific digital assets, collateral, presentations, websites, and training materials.
• Oversee online reputation management and social media initiatives to meet brand and national benchmarks.
• Provide marketing budget recommendations and support annual budgeting processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience collaborating with onsite and operations teams in a real‑estate or property‑management environment.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to shape marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Project‑management expertise with a track record of delivering digital and promotional assets on schedule.
• Familiarity with acquisition/disposition marketing processes, including digital asset handling and social‑media transitions.
• Ability to develop budget recommendations and support financial planning for marketing initiatives.
