PPC Media Buyer (Google & Microsoft Search)

About the role

AI Case Leads is looking for an experienced PPC Media Buyer to manage and scale paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The remote position focuses on high‑intent lead generation for personal injury law firms, optimizing campaigns to drive signed case metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and scale performance‑focused search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Develop comprehensive keyword strategies, match‑type architectures, and negative keyword lists.
• Implement automated and manual bidding strategies (tCPA, Maximize Conversions) aligned with lead‑quality targets.
• Set up and maintain offline conversion tracking to feed signed‑case data back into ad algorithms.
• Analyze full‑funnel metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, cost per signed case) to eliminate waste and improve ROAS.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Google Ads search experience, preferably in high‑CPC verticals such as legal or insurance.
• Proven record of scaling high‑budget lead‑generation campaigns.
• Experience with offline conversion import and tracking integrations.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical performance‑marketing experience.
