Head of Growth – DTC/eCommerce

About the role

Fabula, a fast‑growing D2C coffee brand in the United States, is seeking a Head of Growth who can own and scale its performance‑media engine. This senior, fully‑remote position reports directly to the founders and offers significant autonomy and potential equity upside.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta paid media while managing Google, TikTok and other channels.
• Develop and execute creative strategy: identify winning angles, hooks, formats and run systematic testing pipelines.
• Analyze the full funnel—from ad creative to landing‑page conversion—and continuously optimise CPA, ROAS, CTR and other key metrics.
• Brief and manage UGC creators, editors and designers, staying hands‑on with scripts, copy and creative direction.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, production and performance analysis.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for DTC/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has personally scaled at least $200k/month in ad spend.
• Deep experience with direct‑response advertising, customer psychology and full‑funnel optimisation.
• Operator mindset: executes, tests, learns and scales without hand‑holding.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and taking ownership of results.

• Meta (Facebook) paid media buying
• Google Ads and TikTok (including Spark Ads)
• AI‑driven research and creative generation
• Performance analytics tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion, Foreplay)
• UGC production management and copywriting for ads and landing pages
