Marketing Operations Intern

About the role

Join Greystar’s Marketing Operations team as an intern and support property lifecycle management, visual media, MarTech, and compliance workstreams. This 10‑week program offers hands‑on experience in property marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with property onboarding, transitions, and marketing support activities.
• Review and maintain marketing assets such as photos, videos, floor plans, logos, and branding materials.
• Support marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce, through data management, reporting, and user assistance.
• Help ensure marketing content complies with brand, legal, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
• Provide operational and help‑desk support to internal teams and contribute to documentation, process improvement, and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Strong curiosity, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
