Marketing Manager – Active Adult

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for its Active Adult portfolio. The role focuses on building brand presence, driving digital campaigns, and supporting property performance across the company’s extensive real‑estate holdings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for onsite and operations teams, managing assigned portfolios as needed.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, brand evolution plans, and advertising programs that align with business development and financial goals.
• Maintain consistency of the Greystar brand across properties and oversee digital asset transfers during acquisitions or dispositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch innovative technology solutions that improve performance and reduce marketing spend.
• Prepare and present performance reports, campaign analytics, and new development presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of corporate‑level marketing experience in property management or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% annually and be based on the East Coast.
