Customer Insights and Satisfaction Intern

About the role

As a Customer Insights & Satisfaction Intern at Greystar, you will gain hands‑on experience in gathering, analyzing, and acting on resident feedback across the portfolio. You will work closely with the Customer Insights team on reporting, resident experience, and process‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and assess resident and customer input to identify trends across feedback channels.
• Track and monitor KPIs that evaluate customer satisfaction and business impact.
• Review incoming resident concerns, triage tickets, route them to appropriate teams, and monitor follow‑up timelines.
• Support projects and daily activities alongside cross‑functional partners, including research and capstone presentation.

Required profile

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029 in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Strong quantitative background with analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
