About the role

Our client, a provider of land planning and subdividing services for builders and investors in the Houston area, is seeking a Social Media Manager to grow their presence on Instagram and TikTok. You will create educational content that simplifies complex land‑planning topics and work independently using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social‑media strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create educational videos and posts that explain land planning and subdividing services.
  • Audit existing social‑media assets and set up necessary software and communication tools.
  • Manage the brand’s social‑media presence autonomously, without micro‑management.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of social‑media marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to build and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts.
  • Strong English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
  • Self‑directed, proactive, and comfortable working remotely 15‑20 hours per week.

Required skills

  • Use of AI tools for content generation.
  • Ability to produce clear, professional content that explains complex services.
