Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate will work closely with Greystar's marketing team, onsite teams, and regional leadership to develop and execute tactical marketing strategies for a portfolio of properties in Houston. This role ensures consistent brand deployment and supports community and portfolio goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams across assigned sites.
• Develop and implement tactical marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, advertising, and website content.
• Analyze performance data, present reports, and adjust short‑ and long‑range marketing plans.
• Manage relationships with design agencies, advertising partners, and oversee branding deliverables.
• Maintain digital asset storage, monitor budgets, and support onboarding/offboarding of communities.

Required profile

• Experience supporting community teams and business leaders with marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and business intelligence data.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and present findings.
