The Client Hero is a remote position responsible for proactively managing client relationships, ensuring projects stay on track, and delivering the promised value. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating goals into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address questions.
• Coordinate with technical and creative teams to translate client goals into campaign deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report results to clients.
• Handle challenging conversations, diffuse tense situations, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
• Comfortable with remote video calls, phone, and text communication.
• Motivated by results, competitive, and able to make quick decisions.
• Willingness to learn marketing, sales, and consulting strategies.

Required skills

• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights for clients.
