Senior Manager of FP&A Revenue

About the role

Shield Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A Revenue to bring structure, visibility, and accuracy to revenue tracking across its portfolio of partner companies. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and systems, ensuring that revenue data flowing into core financial platforms is clean, consistent, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with Shield portfolio companies to understand their revenue streams, systems, and reporting processes.
• Validate and cleanse revenue data, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure accurate inputs into financial systems such as NetSuite.
• Build and standardize revenue‑operations processes across diverse partner environments.
• Act as the bridge between portfolio operations and internal finance, guaranteeing correct data flow.
• Identify gaps, implement improvements, and support revenue‑related integrations for new partners.
• Develop scalable frameworks and operational finance metrics (e.g., revenue retention, performance).
• Perform hands‑on data reconciliation, tracing end‑to‑end data flows and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and Systems teams on forecasting, modeling, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar function within a multi‑entity or high‑growth environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise across finance, operations, and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel quarterly and maintain a periodic in‑office presence in NYC.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite or comparable ERP/financial systems.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and datasets, quickly understanding data flows.
• Experience in data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
