Director of FP&A

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to build and lead a best‑in‑class FP&A function. The role partners closely with executive leadership, shaping long‑range financial strategy, revenue and P&L forecasting, and delivering advanced analysis in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑year financial planning, cash‑flow forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Own and continuously improve revenue and full P&L forecasting using key drivers and predictive insights.
• Perform deep financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives, including M&A evaluation, integration planning and capital allocation.
• Support M&A activity with financial due diligence, valuation support and post‑acquisition modeling.
• Partner with the CEO, investors and cross‑functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives and prepare board and investor materials.
• Identify and improve data integrity across financial inputs and drive process enhancements for more accurate forecasting.
• Lead or support financial systems implementations and explore AI‑driven automation to enhance forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related area, including leadership experience.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity while balancing precision and speed.
