Senior Manager, Direct-to-Patient Media & Partnerships

About the role

Alcon is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive integrated media, digital marketing, and strategic partnership initiatives that increase consumer awareness, engagement, and business growth for its US Vision Care Lens portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agency relationships for media planning, investment recommendations, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Brand, Content, Retail, Analytics, and Digital teams to ensure integrated execution of campaigns.
• Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and attribution models with analytics and media partners.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage consumer‑facing partnerships that accelerate awareness, consideration, trial, and conversion.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing activations with retail partners, influencers, publishers, and complementary brands.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Proven expertise in direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) marketing, paid media strategy, and partnership marketing.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and lead complex initiatives through ambiguity.
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel up to 15%.
