About the role

The Senior Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Selene Tomoka Village – a 330‑unit garden‑style community – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new move‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the property to reduce future defects and maintain equipment reliability.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, ensuring each unit is fully prepared for leasing and new occupants.
• Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in building or property maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule.
