Senior Director, Talent Management & People Analytics

About the role

The Senior Director, Talent Management & People Analytics will lead the development and execution of talent strategies that strengthen organizational performance, leadership capability, workforce readiness, and employee experience at Breakthru.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent and people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide strategic oversight for performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, workforce planning, and people analytics.
• Translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Own design, governance, and improvement of performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession processes.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, data governance, and analytic frameworks for workforce insights.
• Create communications, training materials, toolkits, and leader resources to support talent processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years progressive HR, talent management, or people analytics experience, with 5+ years leading enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• 5+ years people‑leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to influence and work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

• Survey design and item creation.

• Salary range $184,000 – $230,000 with bonus eligibility.
