Senior Director, People & Culture – Food Service On-Premise

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a senior HR leader to shape the People and Culture function for its Food Services On‑Premise (FSOP) business in North America. This role partners directly with business leaders to align talent strategy with growth objectives, drive organizational design, and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute People and Culture strategies that support business goals.
• Design and deliver coaching, learning, and development programs that promote continuous growth.
• Anticipate future talent needs and create proactive workforce plans.
• Identify critical capabilities, design business solutions, and lead large‑scale change initiatives.
• Oversee organizational design, ensuring structures enable high performance.
• Facilitate change management, addressing both strategic and human aspects.
• Manage global HR processes such as Performance Enablement, People Development Forum, and Annual Rewards Management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR business partnering within a complex, consumer‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural transformation.
• Strong understanding of the food‑service market and its talent dynamics.
• Demonstrated success leading large‑scale organizational change.
