Senior Director Talent Management

About the role

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Management to lead enterprise talent and learning strategy, aligning people investments with business goals and driving workforce readiness across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated talent strategy covering succession planning, leadership development, performance enablement, and global learning.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR partners to identify talent risks, build leadership pipelines, and improve internal mobility.
• Own the talent technology and analytics roadmap, leveraging data and AI to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Provide strategic oversight for Learning & Development, ensuring programs are scalable, measurable, and globally relevant.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or related HR disciplines, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale change initiatives and influence adoption across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Global experience with a track record of building talent approaches that scale across regions and cultures.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in talent analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience building and scaling learning systems (e‑learning, classroom, remote) using modern adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of best‑in‑class assessment tools and vendor management.
