HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business/People Partner executes talent initiatives to drive successful business outcomes, partnering with senior leadership and teams as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to cultivate a people‑focused culture that drives engagement and high performance.
• Coach senior leaders on people challenges, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into people strategies, including talent management, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Lead or participate in projects with HR Centers of Excellence to support growth and collaborative culture.
• Advise on performance management processes, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Provide training to managers on best practices for team management and workplace culture.
• Drive organization design, workforce planning, and resource alignment to business priorities.
• Conduct exit interviews and deliver actionable feedback to leaders.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as a Business Partner, preferably in tech/software.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR initiatives aligned to strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with training/presentation experience preferred.

Required skills

• Workday (or other HCM) experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
