Senior Customer Activation Manager (Scaled)

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Senior Customer Activation Manager to own the end‑to‑end onboarding and activation of a high‑volume portfolio of micro‑SMB and micro‑MM customers, driving full product adoption within 60 days.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding with strong executive presence, setting clear agendas and driving progress in minimal touchpoints.
• Educate customers on Ramp’s full product suite—including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations—and tailor recommendations to their workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve blockers and surface customer feedback.
• Use customer data and usage signals to prioritize outreach, identify risk, and proactively intervene.
• Identify and implement automation, standardization, and process improvements for scalable onboarding.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related B2B SaaS role.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume book of business while delivering strong customer outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead structured customer conversations.
• Data‑informed mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
• High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a scaling organization.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
